Have you ever been trapped, or locked up in your memories? That it’s dark around you and all you knew was that you keep on running the same stairs and it’s the same window displaying the life you had before with certain people. Until one time you’re tired of running so you sit by the window crying, seeing those people who have walked out of your life leading a completely normal life.

At times, this is how depression felt. You’re locked up in your own darkness, and there’s only small window that gives you a peek of how the people around you are doing. Most of the times, you see them walking, continuing their life journey while you’re still stuck and trapped in your old attic.
